(Windows) When VEN suspension failed, you could be blocked from connecting to the workload (E-104466)

After attempting to suspend a Windows VEN, you could be blocked from connecting to the workload over the network. This issue occurred when the suspendcommand failed. This issue is resolved. In this release, if you run the VEN suspend command and it fails, you can still connect to the workload over the network.

Tampering events appear in RHEL 6 after upgrade to 21.2.0 (E-88718)

Upgrading VEN into 20.2.0 or later may trigger firewall tampering events. This issue is resolved.
