General Syntax of the pcemigrate Tool
pce migrate command \[flags]Here, command is the specific command to execute. For example, the label-export command exports labels to a JSON file.
flags are optional parameters. Some of the parameters are global and can be specified for all commands. Some examples are --verbose, --debug, and --pce.
