Support for Rule Hit Count on Supercluster
Starting with this release, the Rule Hit Count (RHC) feature is now supported on Supercluster (SC). When you run the RHC report on an SC leader, it gathers the rule hit counts from individual SC members and the SC leader, aggregates them, and presents the total in the report. Previously, only the count from the SC leader appeared in the report. (Requires VEN 23.2.30 or later). For more details, see Rule Hit Count Report.
PCE Support for RHEL 10 and CentOS 10
This release adds support for deploying the PCE on RHEL 10 and CentOS 10 for on-premises environments. It also extends qualified support to Rocky Linux 10 and Alma Linux 10, giving customers more flexibility to standardize on current Linux platforms.
Customers can deploy the PCE and UI using RPM packages on these platforms, with tarball packages also available for SaaS and other supported deployment needs. Installation and lifecycle management follow the same model as other supported operating systems, including support for upgrade and uninstall workflows.
This release also includes regression and performance validation to help ensure consistent behavior on these platforms, including support for common configurations such as 4x2 deployments.
Supercluster and FIPS mode are supported, and RHEL 10 uses the native OpenSSL stack.
