Resolved Issues in 26.2.20-VEN

Fix Description

Issue with Solaris VENs not being able to apply IPv6 firewall rules is resolved (E-143036)

On Solaris workloads that use the Packet Filter (PF) firewall platform, the VEN was unable to successfully program/apply IPv6 firewall rules. This issue is resolved.

SecureConnect IPsec rules are now restored as expected after policy rollback (E-142644)

When SecureConnect was enabled on a Windows workload and a VEN policy rollback occurred due to a loss of connectivity to the PCE, existing SecureConnect (IPsec) rules were removed rather than restored to their previous state. This left endpoints out of sync and caused IPsec traffic between peers to fail. This issue is resolved.

VEN service startup failure is resolved (E-142313)

Under certain startup conditions, on RHEL and CentOS VENs the illumio-ven service failed to start because the required VEN filesystem paths, including /opt/illumio_ven, were not yet mounted. The VEN now waits for the required filesystem paths to become available before starting.

VEN correctly identifies workload location as expected (E-137404)

The PCE displayed the Location (VEN details page > Attributes section) of some workloads inaccurately by misidentifying their cloud environment. This issue was fixed by updating how the VEN detects workload locations in server environments.
