About Multi-Tenant User Access
Illumio Console supports multiple tenants for a single organization, allowing different teams, business units, or customer groups to operate in dedicated, independently configured environments. Multi-Tenant User Access allows you to access more than one tenant using a single identity, without the need to create separate credentials per environment.
Each tenant is accessible through its own URL, for example, https://acme.illumio.ai and https://acme2.illumio.ai, providing a unified experience as you move across environments.
Consistent User Identity Across Tenants: Access multiple tenant instances with a single identity, eliminating credential sprawl and simplifying the user lifecycle management across environments.
Branded URLs: Organization-specific URLs (for example, https://acme.illumio.ai) specific to your organization rather than a generic shared address.
Identity Provider (IdP) Integration: Flexibility to support diverse authentication requirements across teams, regions, or business units.
Clean Tenant Isolation: Deploy dedicated Console environments per team, region, or business unit.
Requirements
Multi-Tenant User Access requires an Illumio PCE version 26.10 tenant or later. These Illumio Console features require the use of a subdomain-enabled tenant:
