Workload Interfaces with Multiple IPs on the Same Network are Tracked Incorrectly

Workloads with multiple IP addresses on the same network now correctly track each interface. Policies are calculated correctly and policy enforcement is consistent during inventory sync.

Ruleset UI Anomalies are Resolved

Rulesets that have their scope removed (All scope) no longer show an incorrect Intra-Scope/Extra-Scope separator or misleading scope labels in rule search. You can now reorder rules in these rulesets and new or duplicated rules are saved in the expected position.
