Set up your Illumio Account
Learn how to sign up for an Illumio account, activate your account, and sign in to Illumio for the first time.
Sign up for an Illumio account
To start using Illumio, first go sign up for a free trial. You will receive an email with a link to activate your Illumio account.
Activate your Illumio account
Activate your Illumio account by the setting up Okta authentication with Illumio.
Important
The first user from your organization's domain to activate an account becomes the owner for your organization.
Click the onboarding link in the email you received after signing up for Illumio.
It opens a page in your browser to set up Okta for multi-factor authentication.
Set your password in the Okta page.
After you've set your password, Illumio will email you a link to the Illumio console.
Sign in to Illumio
After activating your Illumio account, sign in to Illumio Console.
Click the link in your email to open Illumio Console.
In Console, enter your email address and click Continue.
Optionally, select the option to stay signed in.
Click Next.
Verify your identity. If prompted, re-enter your password, then click Verify.
The Connecting to page refreshes with a message that you are being signed in.
