C-VEN activation failure on custom Kubernetes clusters

For custom Kubernetes clusters that do not implement IMDS endpoint on address 169.254.169.254, the C-VEN failed to activate due to recently added support for IMDSv2 E2C tokens in the getdacenter.sh script. This issue was resolved by including a missing timeout parameter when fetching the IMDSv2 E2C token during activation.
